Corsica Food

Every morning we had light, buttery, flakey creosotes for breakfast. Along with fresh baguette from which you would simply tear a chunk off when you wanted some.


I tried almost every type of crêpe when in Corsica, these were the ones I tried: sugar, chocolate sauce, honey, jam/jelly, lastly Nutella with bananas and whipped cream.


One night I had this amazing pizza at a restaurant. It was a thin crust topped with gorgonzola cheese, pear, walnuts, and olives.


Usual amount of vegetables in a vegetarian swiss meal, I am definitely getting my daily serving here!!!


Ice cream!!! coconut and straticilla (also spelled wrong, I have no idea how to spell this, I even tried looking it up)
